We stayed in the family rooms. Amazing views, clean well kept hotel, super new and not abused. The buffet was way better then expected. The staff was helpful and always happy. It was one of my best hotel stays ever.

Ok Hotel, not a 5 * and they mislead clients on their web site by showing a beautiful roof top bar restaurant with top chef including opening hours.......yet the 25th floor is EMPTY! Haven't event started renovations. So we left the hotel

가족여행으로 바다가 보이는 룸으로 방 컨디션도 좋았고 무엇보다 직원분들의 서비스가 최고였습니다. 또한 조식도 마음에 들었으며 식당에 메인 요리사분이 웃으면서 아침인사를 건내는 모습이 아주 기분좋았으며, 그랩 접근성이라던지 미케비치 해변을 바로 볼수 있어 좋았습니다. 어웨이크 호텔 가족여행으로 아주 좋습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

혼여했어요
혼여중 선택했던 호텔이에요. 깨끗하고 신설답게 룸이 아주 현대적이었어요. 세컨베드도 있어 기대어 씨뷰 관람 하기 좋았고 미케비치 쪽이라 그랩도 바로 잡히고 산책. 먹으러 다니기도 좋았네요. 그런데 프론트 로비 직원분들과 포터분들은 너무 친절하셨지만 로비가 에컨이 안켜져 있어 상쾌함은 적었어요. 로비에서 잠시 대기할때 보면 엘베 오가는 분들은 대부분 한국. 중국분들이 많았고 조식당은 늘 한가했으나 한국분들이 대부분. 맛은 쏘~ 쏘~ 조식 포함이라 커피라도 마시러 내려갔지만 따로 신청했다면 후회했을것 같네요. 가지수는 적지 않아요. 저 경우 귀국 비행기 대한항공이 늦은 시간대라 마지막날 레이트체크아웃했는데 (오후 6시) 1,005,000VND (57,000원정도)추가 지불했어요 . 객실 청소는 몇일 묶을시 하우스키핑에게 말해야 해주니 머무실 분들은 참고 하시길 바래요
