Staff were kind and helpful. They were also hardworking, as it is not easy to communicate with travellers that visit the area and reside in the hotel for their stays. The location of and the landscape view from the hotel was great. Highly recommended stay in Danang area near the River and Dragon Bridge.

Cozy Danang located in the central of the city by the river, 5 mins to Golden dragon bridge and 15 mins to Danang Cathedral and Han Market. Hotel room in good condition and nice. One thing I would recommend is house keeping, the staff called for housekeeping loudly around 9-10am from the corridor every morning… make sure you put the don’t disturb sign if you want to relax in your room.

The entrance is unassuming. The hotel interior is impressive. My room was very nice. The morning buffet is spacious and with wide variety. The roof top pool and bar is a great place to chill out after a day of site seeing.

Good location & friendly staff
Overall, the location was good and hotel is very centrally located and clean. I would say the breakfast could improved further. The service staff were excellent and highly commentable. However, i was offered a room at 3rd floor with an unsightly view. Leaving my window close the whole time. Perhaps it could not be help.

Fantastic hotel. Greay wevice from thw moment we walked in until we left. The breakfast was very good with alot of selectiom, we did not understand the reviews complaining about the breakfast not being good because thay is untrue. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Tjanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is super nice. I got a free upgrade from the hotel and my friend get free voucher for drink n cocktail. A nice view and nice roof top bar for us to chill out. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff there is very friendly and nice. The breakfast is also good
