Excellent service by all staff members from front desk to housekeeping. Nhi, the manager and Gigi the guest manager even took the time to greet us and see if we had any concerns with our stay. Breakfast options were expansive including sweet, savoury and fresh fruit/salad options. I was disappointed with my choice to stay here at all. Very convenient to the beach, fire dragon bridge, markets and endless relaxation and beauty shops. Convenience store and laundry also very close by.

Room smells cigarette's, ac blows noise like a wind turbine, bed sheets look nasty and old. Over price comparing to similar hotels in the area. I wouldn’t stay here again. Marked name of hotel to avoid in my future trips. Stay away from this one

We had a fantastic week-long stay at the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel. Helena, Nancy, Giselle and their team of staff were super-friendly and went above and beyond what we expected, and really spoiled us. They were so attentive to ensure everything was perfect for our time in Da Nang. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was really comfortable. It was quiet and we slept very well. The hotel is located about eight-minute walk from My Khe beach and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby to suit every budget and taste, including Japanese, Korean, local and Western foods. The breakfast was excellent and offered a big selection of dishes so there was something for everyone. The rooftop swimming pool was great for cooling down on a hot day and the massage we had in the spa was amazing. Thank you so much for everything.

The rooms were mostly clean. Beds were good and there were the usual amenities of a table and TV in the room. The bathroom needed minor repairs as the hand held showerheads and hose leaked. Bathroom is open concept with an open door separating the bathroom from the rest of the suite. A glass pane separated the shower area from the toilet.

My stay was nothing short of AMAZING. From the front desk staff, Tracy, to the guest relations team, Nhi Nancy and Gigi, I was given the best hospitality in Da Nang. The food is superb and the location is ideal. Extremely walkable area, safe and in the midst of everything you need. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The room is clean and comfortable. The air-conditioned worked exceptionally well, which was much appreciated after a day in the sun. My massage was exceptional, so much so that I went back a second time! I enjoyed my stay at Grand Sunrise Boutique and will gladly stay there again when in Da Nang. The service and accommodation cant be beat! At a cost that is affordable.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I asked them for food recommendations and they always gave the tastiest ones! They were also super helpful with helping us book taxis when we couldn’t find any cars available on grab and were knowledgeable about all the events and peak traffic hours so that we were well informed when going out. The room was gorgeous and we loved our view and the spaciousness of the room. I definitely will be coming here again on my next trip to Vietnam!

This hotel is one of the best experiences we’ve ever had on our many travels. This is essentially because of the brilliant, friendly, smiling, courteous staff that work there. To Gigi, Lyna, Hailey, Nancy, Helena and Mr Huong (on the 10th floor) we can’t thank you enough. Also to the guys on the ground floor👍. We were offered our own special breakfast options ( which we didn’t even actually request) but happened anyway. We were also offered afternoon tea😂 My wife wasn’t feeling well at one point which the staff noticed and hot ginger tea appeared out of nowhere. Nothing was too much trouble. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

We were very happy with our decision to stay here from Day 1. The staff, Gigi, Lyna, Nancy, Nhi, and Helena, went out of their way to make sure we were happy, and had everything we needed. Gigi always wanted to make sure we had the kind of food we wanted to eat at their FREE Breakfast Buffet. The Buffet is located on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the city. My Wife and I got a Full Body Massage at the Hotel Spa, while our 8 year old daughter was getting a Foot Massage. The hotel is very close to Da Nang Beach, with lots of shopping and places to eat within walking distance. If you need to go farther, you can take a Grab Car at an extremely low rate compared to what we’re used to, and they always arrive within 5 minutes. I definitely recommend the Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Great stay
We extended the stay in Sunrise hotel 4 more nights, as we really liked the place. The price to quality ratio is really great. We really enjoyed the pool on the top floor which felt like a private one as people are rarely there. It also had some nice sea view. The breakfast was great for the price. We enjoyed scrambled eggs and omelettes, fruit and juices every day, it always had a fair selection of food and some food varied daily, which was good. We stayed in a room with two beds and it worked very well for us. The room wasn't too big but it was enough for us. The staff were always nice and helpful. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. We would recommend staying in Sunrise hotel!

ダナン最終日、遅いフライトだった為、リゾートホテルチェックアウト後に、子供達をしっかりとお昼寝させる為に利用しました。フライトまでのデイユーズでしたが、一泊料金を払っても、値段がお手頃だったので良かったです。部屋は日本のビジネスホテル並みのサイズですが、綺麗に清掃してあり、しっかり仮眠できて良かったです。ただホテル近くにカラオケ屋があるのか、その音が少しうるさかったのと、ホテル内のプールが使えない事が残念でした。ホテル内に併設のSPAもあるので、子供達が昼寝している間に夫婦で交代でマッサージを受けましたが、カラオケの騒音の為リラックスは充分にはできませんでした。徒歩圏内に人気のシーフードのレストランやお土産屋さんもあるので最終日のショートステイには良かったです。

The staff was amazing, Gigi, Leena, and Luquin were mostly who I dealt with and I would now consider them friends as they made my stay ultra positive and fun as they were very professional and cared about my stay at their hotel and city. Even the other staff who I hardly saw were awesome as well, not one negative thing to say. It’s a few blocks from the beach but it was still close to the water and the area was safe with lots of food around. The only reason I gave 4/5 on the property is that the gym was very small with very limited equipment.

I like the area of this hotel. I also like the service feom hotel staff, especially Gigi Trang. She always checked on us of how is everything at the hotel and any concern when stay at this hotel. I see her at the Reception when I walk out the hotel and at the restaurant when I had breakfast every day. Good service!

Staff were very nice. Chauffeur was very helpful with bringing luggage in hotel since it was a steep climb. We made sure to tip him. Pool was nice as well. We were able to check in a bit earlier although we only used this hotel for a few hours stay until our bus arrived, it was still a great experience.
