Ac was down entire floor for too long i didnt enjoy my 1st day . A good hotel that i used to love staying but i didnt go there for few years but they need to work on planned maintenance to keep it clean and well maintained and plesant .

Staff was fantastic. Our bathroom flooded because the drain clogged and some of the lights didnt work. The bed wasnt comfortable but it was right in town and a GREAT location.

I had roaches in my bathroom. They tried charging us tourism tax and VAT tax on two seperate transactions after they took payment for our 3 night stay at check in. The staff was rude and incompetent.
