Friendly staff, quick check in and out, two bedroom suite is clean and specious. Beds are comfortable. Close to Japanese restaurants. There is a door between toilet and sink, shower and tub. However, there is no shower curtain between sink and shower/tub. we were not very used to it. Overall a great stay and we are happy about it.

Not worth the money
The location of the hotel is pretty convinent. The hotel needs remodel and refurbished. The hotel looks like an apartment building which the hallway does not have air conditioning. There is only wall mount air conditioner and you will only feel it inside the room but not the living room and the bath. The carpet is old and dirty. There are nasty stains on the sofa. The space is not that small, but it got segregated into small different space by walls and slide doors. The working staff has really bad manners. The cleaning staff even puts her personal food inside our fridge. She stopped us before we tried to get into the room, and took her food out the fridge and did not even explained to us. It is not professional at all. The hotel locates next to Japan town, so it would be a choice if you fancy Japanese food. Another than that, I think it is not worth the money, and there are much better options out there.

マンションの下層階に有るホテルなので 下水の臭いが酷くて 最悪でした、ビルのメンテナンスをしていないと思います、以前から利用してましたが 次回らわ利用しません。

フロントには常に日本語を出来る親切なスタッフがいます。朝早くてもタクシーの手配もしてくれます。部屋も安いですし、お勧めできます。

日本人に優しいホテル
フロントの方は日本語が話せる上、室内のほとんどの案内に日本語が併記してあるため、困ることはありませんでした。室内は特に新しくも豪華でもありませんが、清掃は行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。中国のホテルにはめずらしく、トイレがウォシュレット付きでした。徒歩5分程の距離にローソンがあり、便利です。このホテルは森ビル通りという日本人が多く出入りする通りに隣接しており、夜に窓を開けていると日本語やカラオケの音が聞こえてきます。長渕剛の曲なんかはしょっちゅう聞こえてきます。日本が恋しい人には良いかもしれませんが、静かに過ごしたい人にはマイナスポイントかもしれません。
