Construction started around 6am and the fire alarm was going off. The elevators were out of order. The maintenance people who came to fix the elevators dinged up my car with their truck and toolboxes. Staff and management refused to provide any sort of discount/partial refund for inconvenience.

This experience was horrible I never experienced anything like this place the rooms were disgusting after we have already been switched plenty of times she issued us a refund and the payment went back on the card when I left she charged my card again I’ll never go back to this place .

When we first arrived, the elevators did not work. By the time we moved everything up to the second floor and into the room then they finally did. We then had issues with the tv not working called downstairs manager said a person will be up in 5 min after 30 min call to check. Got an attitude and was told Does he need to send the list of things the guy is doing first. When we reminded him that we are the guests. And his response was. Yes, you rented a room. You did not buy the hotel. Had issues with the maid walking in without knocking multiple times. This day has made us never want to stay in a comfort Inn again.

Do not stay at this property, its raggedy, noisy and ffalling apart...the pictures on the search bar and online are not what the hotel actually look like. This was the worst hotel i ever stayed at.

Our truck was broke in to. Stole nike shoes, chanel cologne, work boots, and my walet. Tried using my debit at the gas station up the road. They ran back camera but acted as if it was a problem to do so! Never again.
