Upon check in our request for connecting rooms wasn’t honored but the desk agent was able to get us on the same floor. 315 was okay (the panel to the key lock came off in our hand when we left the room), 325 however had several pieces of trash including a battery and a tampon), the ac appeared to be struggling to keep cool and there was no remote. The desk agent moved us to a room on a different floor, 208. The television remote was not working, the telephone continuously beeped through out the night. I got up several times to mess with it but after 30 minutes or so it would start beeping again. I call the desk the morning of check out for batteries for the remote and more coffee and the said he couldn’t give that to us because he was the only person on property. He did not offer for us to even come get them from him.

Overall good stay, very clean and comfortable. Receptionist was eating at the desk when I went to check in. Acted like it was a little bit of an inconvenience I interrupted them. Only three towels for a reservation of 4. But other than that it was a good one night stay.

Beds are our favorites. Had to ask for additional bath towel as we had four staying in the room and only had 3 towels. Pool temp was perfect. Need to have more pool towels available. Bartender was great! Drinks were great. Areas by elevator needed vacuumed more often. Looked everywhere for ice for the bucket in the room. Went to front desk and found out it was on level 5. Wish there were signs for ice and laundry or even mentioned from front desk on arrival.
