The room was clean and quiet. The shower curtain was weird. It would come off the rod, one “hole” at a time when trying to close it. By the end of my stay, it was half way off. The rod was too tall to try to fix it.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful. The room was comfortable except the bed was so high that an average woman would not be able to sit on it without a struggle. I’m not sure why that choice was made.

Needs maintenance & a through cleaning.
The place was decent but not great. The room was in need of maintenance. There was no aerator on the faucet & it sprayed water everywhere. The shower didn't have adequate pressure. The bed was nice except the pillows were unusually small. Overall the room was clean but could use a detailed cleaning.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the beds were extremely comfortable. True, the room decor is a tad dark and slightly outdated and the bathrooms could certainly use a remodel but they were spot-on on the things that matter most to me (friendly service, comfort, safety, and free breakfast). I'll definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

The bathtub was dingy. The hot water was actually cold water and the cold water was actually hot water. The water in the sink was a very light drizzle. Had to wash hands & brush our teeth in the tub.

after calling the location prior to booking i was told an early check in was available for an extra fee..drove 2 in a half hours to be told by a manager they do NOT do that! I then had to wait until 2pm to check in due to rooms not being cleaned. I slept in my truck for 3 hours and proceeded to wait in their lobby for an additional 3 hours! i will NEVER book this hotel ever again!!

Toilet didn't flush properly, the facet continue to run, the maids didn't know how to make the beds & didn't change the sheets for a whole week. Furniture was damaged. It was just nasty for a Best Western.

Ac didn’t stay at temp had woke up in middle of night sweating, had to just turn ac on max temp to get room to stay cool. Bathroom had repairs done that weren’t very good seemed to be older hotel

A good place to rest.
I stayed for two days and had no issues. The room was clean but the tub needs to be resurfaced or replaced. The room was quiet, which I appreciate. I do think the price is a bit high for the room, but it did have a fridge and microwave.

Breakfast was pretty good. Had a couple of issues with our room (cleaning smell was strong/not pleasant, coffee maker was broken). I felt the room was worth what we paid for it. Room keys worked well. Seemed to be popular for families.
