Bed was comfortable & shower was hot but that was about it for the plus side. Sheets were stained & ripped, they definitely need to replace them. Definitely an older property in need of updating. Shuttle service out was ok, never could get anyone to answer prior to arrival to ask about airport pickup though so we just ubered instead. Seems it was the better option anyways after reading other reviews. No food options close by either unless you have a car so we did door dash. Seems most just stay here as a layover, probably not much repeat business.

The breakfast selection was terrible , the coffee tasted like water instead of coffee , the rooms were never cleaned , and we were told we had to ask for request to clean, but when we checked in we weren’t told. Rooms were dirty and carpets . We booked 2 rooms and one of them didn’t have toilet paper . Last time we go there

Great hotel. Well above expectations!!!
We chose this hotel because they offered a free airport shuttle. When calling the hotel, they claimed the shuttle came every 25 minutes. We waited almost an hour and a half, although the hotel claimed that the shuttle was there every 25 minutes. It wasn't. No point in arguing with the two guys at reception, because they were adamant. We may be old, but not stupid nor blind! Except for that, we were VERY PLEASED with the hotel. Swift check-in, nice spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed and a living room, both with working TVs. Coffee maker was working great and well stocked. Specious bathroom and plenty of soft towels. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. We got there a bit late, and hungry. They had menus of a few restaurants that deliver. We chose the Chinese restaurant, and they were fast and good tasting food. The hotel's free breakfast was another pleasant surprise, with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and everything else you'd expect from a good breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was punctual, with a very nice driver. This would have been a 5-star review, if it wasn't for the extremely frustrating wait for the shuttle from the hotel!
