I stayed here for my daughters cheer competition and walking distance was perfect walking distance. Very clean. Friendly staff. They put us in the wrong room and quickly fixed it and got us in the correct room without being rude for the inconvenience. Will be staying here again. Great experience

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Dallas Allen at the Event Center, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable – exactly what you want for a relaxing stay. The highlight, though, was the incredible customer service. Joey at the front desk truly went above and beyond, making sure all my needs were met and welcoming me with a warm, professional attitude. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and attentive, and it made a real difference in my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent accommodations and top-tier service!

Very disappointed. I arrived at 2:20 and when I went to check in, the front desk employee, Donnell, told me there was a $25 early check-in fee if we arrive before 3 PM. I was very surprised about this as I received a text message at 10 AM in the morning that said my room was ready and did not stay that extra charges may apply. I also paid extra for breakfast and they did not give me my vouchers until I went down to ask the next morning. Finally, when I checked out, they assumed I parked on the premises and did not even ask if I was parking there. They went ahead and charged me $15 a night without my consent to park my vehicle on their premises. I actually parked across the street but nobody even asked if I was planning on parking on site.

We loved everything and wish we were staying longer- EXCEPT THE BED. We’re probably spoiled by the Marriott/Hilton level of bed quality but this was honestly awful. The bedding was clean and soft but we were cold all night because the duvet felt more like a thick sheet. Then we both woke up with next and back pain. We hardly slept tossing and turning. Pillows were good but for $200 a night we hoped to wake up rested. Otherwise we loved every part.

Perfect location right next to the Credit Union of Texas Event Center. Clean and spacious room. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I had a problem with my microwave and the hotel staff replaced it with in 15 minutes.

Overall good. Bed was little uncomfortable but I was supposed to have 2 queen beds and they gave me 1 king. They didn’t tell me this so we went up and then had to go back down to the front desk where they said they didn’t have 2 queen to give me. My guest slept in the same bed with me. Disappointing
