Amazing stay here at the Crowne Plaza, my room was clean and the staff were amazing. Also, there’s a trolly that goes by if you're going to a sports game.

The staff is very friendly from checking in to checking out and everything in between. They did charge $100 per night for amenities. In the event you didn’t use those of course it was refunded. We did go during a holiday weekend, it was kind of loud at night time we were right across from the elevators. Other than that, the property was clean. It was easy access to Six Flags and hurricane Harbor as well as many other restaurants in the area. We would definitely be back.

Good stay! Enjoyed the pool. The facilities were nice. Staff was great. Only minor issue was room cleanliness. We found a leftover sock in the main bedroom floor and a THC concentrate in the sofa bed.

Decent place to stay!
A decent 3 star hotel. Rooms are a little older, pull out couch in the suite is not comfortable, but the kids delt with it. There were some stains on the couch cushions. The pool was good for the kids to burn some energy. It was very hot in the pool area, so be prepared to jump in if you are watching the kids! Feels like a sauna! Besides that, the beds were nice and clean. Room service was great, came right up with extra towels and anything needed. Friendly staff including at the restaurant. We had a good time and it was a 7 minute uber ride to AT&T Stadium!!

Our stay was fabulous. The room was large and spacious. The room was a little warm, but not too bad. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We paid the extra fee for breakfast and it was a pleasant surprise! The breakfast Buffett was nice and overflowing with all types of food. It was quiet but conveniently located to Globe Life.

On August 11, 2024. My first night there, between the hours of 1:00 am and 3:30 am there were fellow patrons running up and down the halls, screaming and yelling and shouting to the point I had no sleep that night. There seemed to be no accountability for these noise makers. For this reason, I probably won’t be back. Not because of the patrons, but because staff did nothing to stop them. Unacceptable.
