Terrible. Room was disgusting, roaches everywhere, stains all over the bed, toilet was disgusting. We had a “non-smoking” room but reeked of cigarette smoking. We brought the employee to come look how nasty the room is, all he could say was “it’s not that nasty” “ we are not a 5 star rated hotel” I get that they are not a 5 star rated hotel but with how disgusting this place is, I’m not sure how they are still open. There was people everywhere smoking weed, people watching you, definitely didn’t feel safe. We did not end up staying here. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

This property is raggedy and inconsistent. Not all of them have refrigerators. None of them have microwaves. The staff is extremely rude. They treat their guests like pests and talk to guests crazy.

I booked through Expedia got there to check in so much ppl outside with there luggage or bags laying on the ground and I go to the front desk they charged me a deposit fee of 21.50 he said when I check out he would return full then I ask for a couple towels since there was only one in my room and it was for the floor they only said she could give me one then in the morning next day to check out and he only returned me me 20 I know I shouldn’t be crying for a dollar but after everything I just can’t say anything good

Door would not close properly. Curtain had burn holes in them. Smelled completely like cigarette. Walked in room stayed for approximately 10 min. Did not feel safe. Didnt want to even bother talking with employee. Left and booked at different place

Horrible everything, mold on bed sheets, dead cockroaches all over the restroom and they tried to make me pay one night saying I stayed more than 15 minutes EVEN THOUGH I left in the first 3 MINUTES after seeing all those things!

Community microwave has probably never been cleaned. Bathtubs do not have a drain plug or an overflow drain. Too many fees.

Horrible. Just horrible.
Not the most ghetto place I’ve stayed unfortunately but it’s definitely a contender for the number 2 spot. Front desk man literally said “ID?” To me when I walked in to check in, took it and gave me a key and then went back to sitting on his phone. No other words exchanged. The room itself had a bed and a bathroom, barely a sink. The heat didn’t work and there was barely a sheet on the bed so we had to go buy a blanket for our stay. The bathtub had this rancid bath mat in the bottom that squished out mold water when you stepped on it. There was bugs and crusties and hair all over the floor like they hadn’t cleaned at all. The bed frame was a couch pullout?? Without the couch part?????? Bed sheet had cigarette holes in it. There was a weird what looked like blood splatter across one of the walls, and the bathroom floor was all jacked up like they were mid remodel. The bathroom door had like 1000 screws in it like someone had kicked it in and they just put it back together instead of replacing it. The neighborhood is also ghetto as hell, drug dealers literally everywhere, we were asked multiple times if that’s what we were there for. Witness an actual prostitution hookup which was wild, and people were getting high in the parking lot in their cars at all hours. Did not feel safe AT ALL. The house keeper lady was really nice though so that was cool. 0/10 don’t go here.
