Hairs on the floor and all over the toilet, there’s burn marks on the tub. There’s crackheads and prostitution going on outside. This place was so uncomfortable to stay at even for 1 night. I didn’t feel like my car was safe outside.

There is a lot of illegal activities at this motel. Found a syringe in our room on the floor by the bed. Also if you tell housekeeping to give you a minute they do not wait nor come back. Was changing and told her to give me a minute. Opened the door and she stated she would not be back. Do not stay here.

Unfortunately, The Dallas might be the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Keep your head on a swivel—felt very unsafe. Early check in will cost you $20 One key per room and if too lose it it’s $5 Bulletproof glass at lobby Police presence multiple times during 2 day stay Door hardly secured Burn holes and stains on sheets Used soap and used wash rag in bathroom — showered with shoes on Prostitution and drug activity Room above me door kicked in

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. We refused to even shower there because of how filthy it was. The only positives were its proximity to places we needed to go and the housekeeper who was kind to us when our key decided to stop working.

Nothing like photos. Run down, dimly it & unsafe area. Dingy lobby. Staff blunt and lacking professionalism. Room smelled of must and mildew, doors only had handle lock, stains on walls, and about 4 minutes after waking into our room the biggest cockroach I have ever seen skittered onto the walls. Immediately left, would never come back.

Hotel was not anything how it was described booking through hotels.com. This is such a disappointment. We came in at 1am from a delayed flight and had to leave this crappy hotel to find another. It was in no way up to code with health standards. Roaches everywhere, homeless people all around. Very unsafe

Wasn’t the worst night of my life but not good either … AC barely blew, me and my kids were sweating like crazy hot as hell. they claimed all the rooms were booked when trying to get another room I felt so bad for my kids it was all we could afford at the moment. The night staff was rude and did not care at all. I didn’t see any roaches which was great. That smell of the room left a stench on my blanket though ugh

beds were uncomfortable there was a huge dent on one side and for their fitted sheet was just a flat sheet, the room smelled thank god i had my air freshener, and the toilet didnt really flush well, and the extra door lock didnt really look secure

I had a very unpleasant experience here. I checked in and found the room to be in disarray. Water was all over the floor from the AC unit. The walls were yellowed as if people had been smoking in there. The comforter on the bed had holes and stains. The curtains had holes that were repaired with tape. The walls in the bathroom were peeling. Overall it was a very dirty room that was in serious need of repairs. I went to the front desk to check out because I did not want to stay there. I expressed that the room was in poor condition and I asked about a refund. To which I was told I could not get a refund for my three night stay because I had occupied the room for 1 hour. There was no offer to rectify the situation. It was just a general “oh well” attitude that I got from the man working there. I went to stay at the Embassy Suites instead. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be contacting Expedia to see about a refund
