It says pet friendly but it's not please take that off . Checked in paid in cash. Was told to leave when housekeeper saw my cat. Manager did not want us there. We were asked to leave by 11 the next day. And we tried but had hard time find another place. Plus they tried to charge me 100 for staying after 1@ to vacat. Horrible to be treated like that.

I thought they offered a free breakfast, but no breakfast was available the next morning. This hotel seems to be an extended stay hotel which I do not like staying in because of the loitering that usually comes with it.

Horrible check in system that takes forever Talking to a stupid screen with someone trying to check you in,makes things so hard and complicated..it’s not easier to check in..the system is a failure..frustrating! Do not stay at this place,verbal fights,very loud coming from other rooms..very loud and unsettling,unsafe.

This facility has rooms that are dilapidated. There were nondescript white stains all over the furniture. The fit and finish of the room was extremely poor, so much so that photos were taken of all damaged and stained areas for fear that we would be charged for them. When these concerns were brought to the staffs attention absolutely nothing was done to make any adjustments or accommodations to rectify the situation. Lodgers beware and steer clear of this hotel

Horrible Hotel
Very bad experience. If you’re trying to save a few dollars by going the cheap route stay away from this place . Horrible customer service by the front desk . Would not pick up the phone to schedule shuttle service from the airport and it’s “free” . Had to get an uber to the hotel. Once at the hotel the hoops you have to jump thru to get a key is ridiculous. Once I checked in I got to the room and it was dirty, smelled like cigarettes , bed not made, trash and towels still on the floor. Like someone had just left . Called the front desk to inform them and the guy who answered sighed and just said come to the lobby. Went back got a new room on the third floor and once in the elevator the elevator was not working . Had to take the stairs of course . Overall a very bad experience and bad hotel .

This is by far the worst hotel that I’ve ever been at. They don’t clean your rooms. They don’t bring new towels or anything that you need or that should be included. I’ve had to ask over and over for them to clean my room and order to bring me towels, I’ve stood here for three days and out of the three days they only clean my room one day and it was only because I had to continuously keep asking and calling for them to come and clean it and bring me towels. I’ve asked to speak to a manager, and I’ve yet to receive a call from a manager.

While it's unfair that a fire alarm occured during my one night, there's also the fact that there was wet paint at one of the stairs and no sign that it was recently painted until AFTER I went down to see a paint bucket and my shoes were now sticky with paint. I decided to at least look forward to breakfast, but all I got was a bag of 3 different granola bars and a choice of apple juice, orange juice, and coffee. I do really appreciate the shuttle service though. Be sure to ask about it if you plan to use it, because they work in a schedule and you may miss it if you aren't informed of the times.

The front desk was friendly. Hower, 1) the hotel fell short in terms of cleanliness, e.g., the outside elevator's floor, stairs, and corridors were dirty. 2) Although they were nice enough to move me to a different room, the shower was broken, and therefore I could not use it. 3) The sheets appeared spotted; thus, I slept on top of the covers, and 4) to my surprise, the breakfast consisted only of coffee and pop tarts, which was not comparable to other hotels in the same price range.
