I reserved a king room for two nights for two people and there was not a room available, except a handicapped accessible room with a double bed/queen, which was very tight for our needs. I requested another room first thing in the morning and was provided one immediately, which means that the alternate room was available all along, which was frustrating. The staff was nice, but did not offer any accommodation in terms of price reduction or other compensation. Again, frustrating.

I love staying at DoubleTree. The check in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and hot shower was great. The bar and staff were very friendly! Will definitely come back!
