We had some challenges when we first arrived with cleanliness of the room. We reported the issues to Josh Hilts the Manager and he absolutely took care of us and made it right. He also was considerate enough to follow up with us several times during our two night stay. We appreciate his dedication to excellence and service!

Absolutely amazing hotel! We love the Frisco area and without a doubt this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Parking was great, location was great, breakfast was great as well. If you are looking to enjoy the pool it is on the 9th floor close to the terrace.

We were walking in as the receptionist approached the desk. She was very friendly. My daughter and I stayed here for our annual mother/daughter back to school shoppers trip.She absolutely loved it. The room was spacious. The location is great. It's not far from the mall and other shopping centers are close as well. There is a plethora of restaurants to choose from too.

I liked the close proximity to shopping and restaurants. There was a minor maintenance issue that was dealt with very promptly. The staff is very friendly and they were truly concerned we had an excellent stay. We felt safe and the property was very nice. I would recommend this property and stay here again without question.

We enjoyed our stay and I would probably stay here again. It was convenient to a mall in the highway. Even though we were right at the highway, it was still very quiet. We had to use the parking garage, which for two women and two young children, I never feel safe in a parking garage. We were told there was water in the room. I guess the lady meant tapwater when I was referring to drinking water. Not sure how that miscommunication happened. There is a refrigerator in the room, but just to note it did not cool very well and it does not have a freezer. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options.

Staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out. Our room was clean. The free food at breakfast and dinner was ok. The free drinks were good. Parking was sometimes difficult. Not a lot of spaces available up top, and the parking garage had open spaces, but kind of difficult to fit a larger vehicle sometimes. The pool and spa were nice. Wish the spa was a little bigger. Kind of far from downtown Dallas (about 30 ish minutes). The terrace is beautiful. The hotel property was very clean and decorated beautifully. I would stay here again.
