The space
This is a two level, loft style apartment with a spacious bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. The first floor has a comfortable sofa, TV, dining area / workspace, and a well appointed kitchen. I really like this place because both levels get a ton of natural light, the neighbors are quiet yet friendly, and there are nice TVs on both levels of the house. The WIFI also works great.
Guest access
Your designated parking space is right in front of the unit, so you'll be able to see your car from the bedroom or dining room window. You're a few blocks from the tollway, one block from a bus that will take you direct to either downtown or Love field airport, and you're about a 20 minute walk from the DART which can take you all over DFW. We've had plenty of guests who didn't have a car and they were able to get around easily and, for guests with more that one car, they were able to easily find street parking for their second vehicle.
