We waited 2 and half hour to check in , which our check in was at 3. Nancy was so unprofessional and was no help to the case. Her attitude was so horrible. My daughter was disrespected by her because she asked for the basketball, not only was she polite by saying excuse me because she was talking to another guest. She than tell the guest telling her " i was talking" very rudely and giving her a mean look. Mind you she is a 10 year little girl. She than argues with another guest that wasnt unhappy of the service himself. She was also saying rude comments to him in front of many guest.The area not only had wasp but every where by the back room. I didnt feel like she had a great attitude towards the guest.

I was asked to put a credit card on file for incidentals and was overcharged for incidentals. My final receipt also included parking but a fee for parking was never mentioned at the time of check in or on the website. They were unable to provide an itemized list of charges that added up to what was actually charged to my credit card. The desk attendant did credit back the overcharge for the incidentals and removed the charges for parking. Walked away feeling like they were being dishonest with their charges.

Overall experience was okay. The cookware and silverware were not completely clean, so i had to wash everything upon arrival. I killed at least 7 mosquitos inside my room for some reason. The A/C filter vent was open and not secure, along with the filter itself. It definitely could've been a little better!
