Hotel is under renovation
Check in experience was less that good. Asked for early check-in and was told no rooms were available but I could leave my number and they would notify me when my room was available. They did not so at 5 Pm I went to inquire and was told yes a room was available. Do not offer this service if you are not going to follow through.

Good for just the room
Place seems to be getting upgraded. Our room was nice and clean, although we never got a refill on toilet paper. Continental breakfast options were very poor, the bananas were all brown and no food options to buy. There is also no where near to walk to eat, so we had to use food delivery.

Imagine picking this hotel for the extensive amount of amenities and show up being able to use zero of them. Everything was under construction. Even the elevators though you're able to use them. Still look like they were under construction which made me feel very uneasy about going on them. Whoever made the smart idea to put everything under construction at the same time needs to be checked over.

Disappointed.
Pretty disappointed as there was no advisement of property being under construction and renovation. They advertised for a full breakfast but only offered the option of yogurt, muffin, banana or apple and various juices. Not a full breakfast like one would expect at all which is something we based our search off of.

Property undergoing total renovation. Our room had recently gotten a total refurbishment. Lobby and reception still underway. Effort made by staff to overcome the current downsides, and our stay was not unduly affected.

Hotel was under some pretty heavy construction, didn’t know it until I arrived, overall the room was clean but the lobby and elevators were pretty rough. The staff was incredibly nice, parking and location was great. Obviously it’s understandable they were doing upgrades but some type of heads up would have been helpful.

The staff at this property are BAR NONE some of the most superlative i have ever had in 40 years of business travel...I can NOT gush enough about them!! There were some issues from all the renovation that did get a tad old -- water turned off at times, no hot breakfast or store avail after my furst few days , one brief elevator issue... But i cannot stress ENOUGH how much the superlative staff here did everything in their power to help us cope with the inconveniences!!! They are glorious!!
