Third floor undergoing repairs and they still put people up there. Plastic sheeting on the hall ceilings and walls, signs to rooms covered, staff said they “preassigned” and couldn’t move me, but did after my complaint.

Incorrect Amenities Description
The amenities description is incorrect. 1) There is no bar! 2) Shuttle service is only available to and from the hotel during certain hours. HOWEVER… the morning of our flight home we scheduled the shuttle to take us at 7am. Guess what they didn’t have? Shuttle service! We ended up spending $50 on a lift from the airport to the hotel and hotel to the airport. We wouldn’t have stayed here if we knew this was going to be an issue. The breakfast tasted like cardboard and the juices were so watered down they tasted like nothing. The a/c in our room was ridiculously loud. The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants. But we won’t be staying here again.

We had asked the front desk to have a shuttle ready for us at 7am to the airport. When we came down, the shuttle wasn't running since they didn't have a driver. we were very upset and concerned that we would miss our flight. So we scrammbled to find an Uber and luckily we didn't miss the flight but it was close.
