The staff members were all polite, very professional, and helpful. The hotel cleaning staff were so good rooms were keot cleaned and corridors and facility stairways and elevator lounge were kept clean and smelling fresh I appreciate that and I felt safe and secure during my stay... Great service, hotel needs an update
Toilet was running every 15 seconds. Called for maintenance at 6pm, called again at 8pm because we were ready for bed and maintenance came right away and fixed it. We had a box of chocolates tied to our door the next day with an apology, so that was nice. We stay here every year, we LOVE Jackie, she is spectacular. So service is great, I would recommend people stay here especially if you have an event at the Convention Center, but the hotel needs an update, especially the beds.
