Great hotel, great value, no complaints

Staff were friendly and courteous; had a problem with the loo flush breaking, fixed the same day. Pool and fitness rooms were a bonus for an Express. Great room for the price, all very clean. Breakfast fare wasn't very varied and carb-laden with lots of pancakes, sugared buns, cinnamon swirls. Not really to European tastes, but the coffee was good.
