At least it’s cheap
The room looked as if it had not been cleaned. There were huge crumbs in most of the drawers and damage to most of the things in the room like the walls and the cabinets. Good luck, trying to find a staff member to help you.

This place is cheap for a reason. Rooms are very rundown and the staff is not seeming like they want to be there..

Wow. The staff is very rude. First room was dirty and there was damage to several things in the room. They moved us due to the conditions in the room. Making sure to express their frustrations about us complaining . Very odd behavior and lack of customer service.

Dirtiest hotel ever.
Horrible. I booked a smoke free room, when I told them the room was smoky the receptionist said, well that is the way they all are. Cockroaches literally everywhere. A/C was loud and didn’t work. Ended up just unplugging it. Floor and every piece of furniture was sticky. Hallways full of garbage. Stay away.

Pissed off traveler!
After a horrible day of continuous flight delays, I ended up having to stay overnight in Dallas. I made a reservation at this hotel and paid for it around 10pm on my phone from the Houston airport so I would have a place to sleep when my plane landed in Dallas. I even called the front desk after making my reservation to ask about an airport shuttle around 11:15pm (when I thought I would be getting off the plane in Dallas) and was told I would need to get an Uber or Lyft (so the lady obviously know that I would be getting in after 11pm). After more delays, I finally arrived at the hotel around 1:45am after spending around $40 on a ride share only to discover that they canceled my reservation at 11pm, just an hour after I made it. I was horrified. Stranded in a strange city, alone, in the middle of the night with nowhere to go. The old lady in the office was rude and had absolutely no empathy. I'm pissed off and will never patronize the Hometowne Studios by Red Roof chain ever!

Staff were fine, but rooms were dirty. Sheets were so dirty and smell very bad. Weed odor everywhere. Elevator was not working. I was there for only 10 minutes and cops all over place arresting people. Left the place and canceled the reservation. Staff were very understanding people and with their help I got full refund of my reservation.

It was a very bad experience. First place is dirty, reception is terrible, no people attending, and finallt y when show herself, through a window, like a chep hotel, told "sorry no rooms" with no aptitute of help or nothing. NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL

Hotel is in affected with roaches rooms have a bad odor management have no customer skills I don’t see how this place of business.can be still open or pass any type of inspection the roads are dirty and nasty I would not recommend anyone to rent a room there.

Hotel was oversold ....no room to stay in ...
I booked my room online thru hotels.com ...one hour later i arrived at the hotel, and they me they didn't have any rioms available. They oversold their hotel. So despite having a hotel confirmation, i didnt have a room reserved to stay at their hotel
