Great room and very clean! Bathroom was a little small and kind of hard to get in and out of but other than that everything was perfect. Great staff and overall comfortable stay.

the breakfast was pretty good. Our room smelled very musty and like mildew. I know it has had a water leak. After further review the window looks like it has been leaking. The a/c did not keep the room cooled off at night either. The staff were very friendly with us.

Staff great but I was charged several times and when I inquired about the 7 different charges I never got an answer other than it’s the holidays so wait till Friday. A room that should have only been $383 I was charged total $997.41 cents between all 7 charges. Will likely never stay at a Hyatt again.
