Enjoy a retreat in Rockwall in this unique 5-bedroom home designed by a contemporary architect. There are open spaces, a high living room ceiling and many unique features. The master bath has a walk-in shower and a large jetted bathtub. Two bathrooms include urinals. An additional colorful room includes high-quality thick folding mattresses to accommodate additional guests. Each bedroom features a king bed; however, the beds in three bedrooms can separate into twin beds. When you book, please let me know whether you would like king beds in all the bedrooms, or if you prefer twin beds in some of the bedrooms (three bedrooms have this option). A beautiful air hockey table converts into a ping pong table and also includes a tabletop for crafts, dining, board games, etc. This lovely home is located in a gated community. There are strict regulations that must be obeyed, otherwise, I will lose the ability to rent my home. For example, some of the rules are: quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am, no street parking overnight (there is on site parking for 7 or 8 vehicles, and a few others.
