Great location Nice condo
Location was perfect for my needs, as well as, Melissa even had wonderful treats for my welcome. I had an extended stay and she was even kind enough to overstock the place, so nothing was amiss. I had an issue with the access to the garage not working, which she immediately remedied with the property manager and got me a new one. I am returning back to Dallas in a week and was going to rebook the place, however, was already booked up. I will return again in the future.

Perfect Host and a Great Stay
I can't say enough about the stay that we had this past weekend. First off, the host (Melissa) was fantastic to work with. There isn't enough nice things to say about her or the communication. The apartment is in the middle of Deep Ellum, which is great if you are looking for a good night life scene. It was a little more "lively" than what we were thinking, so the club noise down the street went a little later than we would have liked, but it was no big deal. The apartment was clean and spacious and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Nice Place & Great Location
Very pleased with my stay here. It had everything I needed & Melissa is very nice, even offering a bottle of champagne to welcome me (which, much to my regret, I didn't have enough time to slow down & drink). If you want access to downtown Dallas without that overly congested, dense-population feel, this is your place. You even get free access to a nice pool during the hot days. Definitely recommend.

Great stay!!
We came to Dallas for the Hogs game & my birthday weekend!! The host had left cute birthday goodies for me when we arrived and was extremely helpful. Deep Ellum is a great location, lots of good restaurants and bars in walking distance. The property was very secure and I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle parked in the designated area. Host was quick to respond. Would book again!
