Unfair Parking Fee
I stayed here last year for Dallas Cowboys game because it’s close to the stadium. Then I stayed again this year, however, last year they charge $30 parking and this year they charged $60 parking and an additional $20 to register so that’s $80 a charge this year. I don’t think it’s fair that I paid for the hotel and now they’re charging me to park.

It was very convenient to AT&T stadium, walking distance. We didn't pay for parking because we have a handicap permit. No refrigerator, was the real problem, we had to go purchase an ice chest and bags of ice, very inconvenient.

NO Amenities at all!
We had tickets to the Dallas Cowboys game and chose this hotel for the location. We were so disappointed on what we saw upon arrival. No clear identification of the front entrance, holes in the doors, outlets didn't work, no microwave or refrigerator in the room, no breakfast or coffee available in the lobby. All of the outlets along one wall didn't work; so when we called the front desk to inform them of the problem, they came with multiple extension cords so we could use the lamp and TV. They literally ran the cords from the ceiling across the room to where the TV was located.

Below a no frills hotel but it was fine for the football game. Staff was nice. Room was pretty clean but the property is run down and a bunch of stuff was out of order. Expect to pay a $75 surcharge to park on GameDay.

I didn't like the beds were not made up daily, also we had to pay 75 dollars for cowboy parking and we stayed 3 nights so we shouldn't have had to pay for additonal parking as we already rented the room. Floors were wet, dirty and no toiletries.

Didnt have a fridge or microwave for people that stay for the weekend or a couple of days. And for people that come from all over to watch the Dallas cowboy game elevator sound like it was gonna break down every time it came to a stop. It would make a jump. A jerk was scared to ride. It had a walk up and down the stairs just to get to a room. Most ice machines were broke down.

Parking was expensive especially since I was already paying $200 for the room. Room was nice but the floor was very dirty. No one had cleaned under the sink, someone had dropped their eyelash curler and it was still there. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Disappointing
The first room they put us in was disgusting. They were smashed bugs on the wall, where appeared to be blood splatter. No hot water and bugs on the bed. The second room we were in was much nicer with a better view and much cleaner.
