Great place to stay
Great place to stay. Right next to a Dutch bros, which we loved. Right next to a highway as well. The apartment was kind of noisy. So if you can’t sleep with noise maybe not a place for you. Apartment was stocked with essentials and ac worked good. The check in process was a little confusing and links to help with that didn’t work. I never got a reply from the actual host but vrbo customer service helped me with the process. Overall a good place to stay and would stay again. Thank you

Subleted Apartment!
This was a subleted apartment that the apartment owner clearly didn't know was being sublet. The "Host" had a move out inspection during my stay where the apartment complex managers came in to do a final inspection while I was trying to rest.

It was a nice stay. The bedding wasn’t proper when I arrived and all the towels were in the dryers. I didn’t use them but could have been arranged better. I stayed for 15 days and had no problem

Comfortable, clean and safe
I lived here for two months and this unit is very nice with a very comfortable bed, a large shower and a well-supplied kitchen. The location was perfect for the drive to the office and my workouts in the nearby part. and I enjoyed the safety of private, gated parking. The owner was very responsive with the few issues I had with the unit. I would definitely stay here again.

When we first arrive, check-in was fairly easy, just a small misunderstanding of codes, which was rectified immediately. 1st day with property mgr was very adequate. The overall appearance was clean, but the drawers through the place were not clean and the towel were not organized. There was no toaster/toaster oven, no air fryer. I was told that they do not have it for allergy reasons. Also the furniture was cheap, low end. The first night noticed that the bed was broken, but still comfortable. I tried to reach the property manager a few days into the trip but did not return a text till 2 days or so. I also was only told about the pool not being open until after I arrived.

Just OK
I was able to check-in a couple hours early which was very nice since I arrived in Dallas early. However, the property lacked wifi. I was given two different passwords and neither worked for my stay of 5 days. I was able to use my hotshot on my phone for the living room tv but could not get the TV to work in the bedroom. The bed was broken and I felt like I was going to fall through. Kitchen lacked silverware for 3 people and no can opener. No curtains in the unit which made it bright very early in the morning. Loud music in the morning time with someone above the unit whom also was very loud during my stay. I would not stay in this unit again.

Safe, quiet, comfortable location
Great bed. Very secure building. I called after having difficulty finding parking garage. Owner called back within 5 minutes. No extra toilet paper (we ran out and after texting received no response). Oven had greasy liquid on bottom of oven. Very convenient to conference.
