Beautiful, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with fenced backyard, small side patio with BBQ Grill. 2 King beds and 2 full beds. Also, a huge sofa and an additional queen air mattress to sleep plenty. Everything in the house is new, including the furniture, appliances, linens and dishes.

Extremely convenient location off of Hwy 121 in McKinney/Frisco/Allen/Plano four points area. Minutes from Toyota, Shops of Legacy, Stonebriar Center, Craig Ranch Sports Complex, Allen Premium Outlets. Plenty of nearby shopping, restaurants!

We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Gas Fireplace with switch ignite, 65" Roku TV, Wireless Docking/charging Station in Living Room. New Roku TV’s in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. A separate office space with two chairs and desk. Large dining table and separate bar stool seating for plenty to eat comfortably. Hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, ironing board, brand new dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, Keurig coffee machine(with some provided K-cups), new towels and linens are provided as standard and a washing machine/dryer are available so you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions.

The house has a great open floor plan. Kitchen island with bar stool seating, which opens to the living area. There is also an open dining area with table, 4 chairs and a bench. New cabinets with quartz countertops and new appliances. All bedrooms have carpet and ceiling fans. Bring the outdoors in with mud room/back door leading in from the clean, garage with nice epoxy flooring. Just outside the garage is a fenced in back yard with chairs for gathering. There is also a small, side patio with BBQ grill. Low traffic street.

During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Ballfields at Craig Ranch. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.

Family stay
Space was great for our family of 6 for a month. The house, however, was not outfitted for a long stay. Kitchen lacked a blender, mixer, juice pitcher and only 6 spoons were provided. We had to buy some. Also, a toilet bowl brush would have been nice in each bathroom.

Fantastic place in McKinney
This is a really nice property in McKinney. Great neighborhood. The house is well stocked with pans and dishes. We cooked many meals here. The only thing we didn't have that we needed was a broom We recommend it!

Great weekend the only that was confusing is the confirmation message had a different name and when I messeged back to make sure never got an answer and that message had the actual address of the house in it and I got confused and went to the wrong address but the weekend was great and the house was great. Family reunion in McKinney
We enjoyed our stay and found the home very well equipped. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and highly recoomed this prperty for families, especially those traveling with pets. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to McKiiney.

Beautiful home in quiet new neighborhood. Very spacious, comfortable furniture and great TV’s in main room and 2 BR. Kitchen and dining area are spacious and there is a desk area for working if needed (I did). A very convenient feature is the ability to use the garage and enter through the back door, kind of a must have as there are 6-8 steps leading up to the front door (I don’t travel light). The tiny drawback is there is a very small side yard, but it was 99 degrees the weekend I stayed so not a problem for me. The host gave all the info I needed well in advance of my stay.

Wonderful stay
The house was very clean, comfy and spacious. It was in a very nice and quiet family neighborhood. All the appliances were very nice, the rooms were set up very well. The master is on one end, and the other 2 at the other end so we had lots of space. There is also a neighborhood park which was great for our kids. The host was very nice and quick to answer questions and accommodate our early check in. Would definitely stay again!

The house is bigger in real life than it appears in the listing. Plenty of basic household items such as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, salt and pepper, and spices. The house felt like a home. It was relaxing, quiet, and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints. Wish we could’ve extended our stay!

Exactly what we needed!
We stayed in this cute 1 story home while we awaited our new construction home to be completed by our builder. It was exactly what we needed. It was clean, updated, well equipped, in a great (quiet) neighborhood, located conveniently close to 121, and most importantly allowed our 2 large dogs. It has a small fenced backyard, but the backyard isn't accessible from the house, however, the neighborhood had plenty of greenspace and sidewalks for the dogs to be on a lease. The owner's communication was awesome. He allowed us an early checked, he ordered us some Drano for the guest bathtub from Amazon, and allowed us to extend our stay twice with ease. I highly recommend for any length of stay.
