Newly Decorated Stylish house ! Home away from Home in a quiet neighborhood. (Not a party venue home) Spend time in the Heated spa and pool. (See details in description) Family and Kids can enjoy the Gameroom/ movie room for everyone . Grill master can BBQ on the charcoal grill. Kids will enjoy the bunk room to visit before sleeping. Two living area give everyone a place the hang out/talk or catchup on a movie series. Backyard with pool/Spa sitting area and fun time. Home is centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth providing access to all the popular sites in North Texas. Only 10 minutes from DFW airport .

House rules :

1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. This house is located in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events are not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 10 pm - 8:00 am. Pre-approval is required for the visitors.

2. Parking: Only parking on the driveway or in front of our house only. No parking in front of any neighbor's house, no blocking mailboxes. 6 cars is the max. 2- 4 cars on the driveway and 2 in front of the house ). Security cameras: Ring doorbell is at the front door.

3. Spa /Pool heat: The pool can be scheduled to be heated only between 10 am to 9.30 pm upon advanced request only.
The heater system only accommodates the entire pool at 78-82 degrees or spa to 99 degrees. The Pool and Spa heat fee is $80 per day.If you only need the Spa Heat - $50 per day

Pool heater :
If the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees, heating the entire pool to 78-82 degrees is possible within 10-12, but if the outdoor temperature is lower than 50 degrees, heating the entire pool is very challenging, and may not be warm enough for swimmers, please keep this in mind. Actually, running the heater under 40 degrees can be detrimental to the unit, so our pool heater will not be operated if the temperature is below 40 degrees.

Spa Heater.
Spa heat can reach 95-99 degrees within 2 hours if the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. If the outdoor temperature is below 40 degrees, the spa heater will not be operated to protect the heater unit from damage.


4. Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests, for extra guests, $20 per person per night. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. No unauthorized guests beyond booking . No authorized visitors.

5. Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property, and no excessive alcohol consumption. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and will have to vacate the property.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

6. After you check in , if there are any issues with the house , please let the hosts know right away , Issues need to be addressed during the stay. thank you.

7. Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor's houses ) can constitute a cancelation of your booking .

8. Pets needs preapproval , pet fee $20 per pet per stay.

Perfect location, clean beautiful home
Girls 60th birthday trip from Georgia. The home was a perfect central location. Easy access from DFW airport. We loved lakeside village for shopping drinks and food. Plenty of room with beds for all of us. We drove to the stockyards, visited carpernaum studios and visited JFK memorials. All convenient from the home. We didn’t use the pool, but loved the fireplace

Nice location of the property, pretty home, plenty of things ready on hand in kitchen/bathrooms. My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay recently. It was a lot further away from the Stockyards than we thought (about 45-50 minutes) but that was our fault for not researching enough before making plans! The home was overall great and met all of our needs and expectations. We planned a trip to go out for a local game so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the homes pool and hot tub but the communication with our host was great when it came to canceling our expected hot tub fee. There was plenty of space and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Awesome House
Can into town for Mimosa Fest and decided on this property. 3 couples total. We had plenty of room and didn't use 2 of the rooms. Home was clean and pool is where we spent most days. Had to contact host a few times and they responded very quickly which was nice. Overall would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay the weekend

Everything was great and as stated in listing. My only complaint was no laundry detergent and the hot water wasn’t working for the kitchen sink. Dishwasher didn’t clean dishes so we had to wash my hand with cold water. It was clean, plenty of space, great pool, plenty of towels a with shampoo conditioner and body wash. Teenage Boys loved the game room! They could stay up and not bother the rest of us. Great location, store was close, great restaurants and things to do! We would go back for sure!

Wonderful home for two families
Eleven of us came to town for a wedding. There was a little mix up with the amount of beds in each room we needed but it was fixed right away. The hosts were on top of it and we were able to continue to enjoy the home. The kitchen was great to cook in and the pool area was wonderful for hosting a small get together. Would definitely recommend and return!

Perfect place for our micro wedding
I'll start with the owner is very nice, communicative, and Accommodative. I told her up front we wanted to use the backyard for our ceremony, and she made sure we had everything we needed. It turned out so beautiful. I could not have asked for a better place to be. The house was well stocked, the beds are comfortable. I would be glad to book there again for family get togethers. You will not be disappointed booking this house, i promise

All the Amenities!
House was clean, neat, and had all the amenities we needed to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. Grocery store nearby was ideal. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our large family and the backyard pool and hot tub was used by our entire group. We would definitely rent again. It's not a big deal though it would have been nice if some of the weeds around the backyard had been gone over with a weed eater. There had been a lot of rain in the area so I can see why it might not have been done though it's those little extras that count.
