The staff was really Friendly and willing to help. The property was clean and updated. The Lobby and seating areas were comfortable, warm, and welcoming. Plus, the price was good for all the that was offered. Very impressed. Next time I'm in Plano, I will be staying at this Hotel.

My mom had a procedure at Baylor Scott and white the morning following our stay staff was friendly and accommodating gave a hospital discount hotel was clean and we were comfortable and felt safe and satisfied.

Hotel was not clean and the staff was rude. The hotel is a non smoking hotel but the hotel was very stuffy and had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

I was in Plano for surgery and expected to leave the day after the surgery but had some complications and was told to stay another couple of days. I came straight from the hospital and to the desk and the man working the counter (evening shift both times, week days) fixed it where I could rent the room for the weekend! The same room, I did not have to move! That meant so much to me as bad as I was feeling!
