I had 1 room for 5 nights and a 2nd room for 4 nights as I was helping family move from Oregon to Lancaster. Positives: Every staff person I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The location and property felt safe. Beds were comfortable, rooms had decent amenities. Overall condition pretty good, felt like owners care about the property. Room for improvement: While bathroom fixtures and linens were nice and clean, the laminate floors were sticky. I borrowed their mop for first room. Ended up buying a mop with washable head and cleaned 2nd. Would suggest hotel switch to mop with washable heads and change mop water every room. A squirt of dawn and bit of water was all I needed. Second area that really could use improvement is the hall carpets need to be on some sort of routine deep cleaning schedule. Lastly both my rooms hot & cold were reversed, put a sign in bathroom of rooms with this quirk. No one minds a quirk but let us know at check in, or post a simple sign in the bathroom.

I had no towels in my room. I am not sure if I was in a sketchy area of town but it sure felt like it. The hotel is dated. The bathroom sink faucet could have been cleaner.

Check in was very slow. We had to wait for 30 min. Then they turned on the music while we were waiting and it was music with vulgar language which was not appropriate and unprofessional

The room aas basic. Tv would not work. My biggest issues was when i requested more towels and they told me they didnt have any extra towel and the room service wouldn't have any until noon.

Comfortable stay for a night
Stayed here as friends had their wedding not to far south from here out in a secluded venue and this seemed to be the closest reasonably priced hotel. The other guests seemed to be up to some activities that I will not mention here, but you can be your own judge. We just minded our own business and went in and out quickly. The front desk guy was nice and helpful. The lobby, while new and clean, is missing something that makes it feel more comfortable. Feels like a doctors waiting office. That along with the overpowering scent of whatever is used to clean is hard to ignore. The room itself was clean, the bed was large and comfy, the shower and water pressure were great, but did lack a shelf for toiletries. The whole bathroom was great. The room also had a fridge and microwave. The only con to the room were the curtains and window set up. It's either close them entirely and not see outside and have it be dark or open them and everyone outside can see inside. A thin privacy curtain would go a long way. If you're looking for a simple, clean, and comfortable place to sleep for a fair price then this will work.

The property being on a main street was easy to access the highways and get back when needed. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was awesome leaving extra towels and pillows seeing as i had little ones along.
