Guests have access to the entire house except the garage we currently use as a storage.

Super quite neighborhood, Conveniently located, close to dining and shopping, 2 major highway nearby. DFW international airport, Gaylord Texan Resort, Grapevine Mills Mall and Great Wolf Lodge water park are within 15 miles, Rangers and Cowboys stadiums, six flags and hurricane harbor are within 30 miles.
It is best to get around by car.
No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests. ***Additional fee for 8+ guests Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply. ***Trash day is every Monday morning, please place trash cans in front of house on Sunday evening.
