Great for what we needed!
The customer service was amazing! The area was quiet and check in was quick and painless. The only issues we had were with the room itself. The living room tv and one of the two room’s tvs didn’t work. The phone didn’t work to call to the front office. The plug-in next to one of the beds didn’t work.

Great stay!
Room was very nice, clean, comfy. The only 2 complaints I have are 1- at check in, she ran my card for the wrong deposit amount, and then ran it for the correct one, putting too much money on hold in my bank account. At checkout, the correct amount released right away, but the wrong amount stayed on hold for about 4 days. That was an inconvenience. 2- almost none of the electrical plugs in the room were usable. The sockets were loose, the things we were plugging in just fell out. It made it difficult to charge our phones. Other than that, we loved our stay and will stay again in the future.
