Those small things matter
We had no cold water for shower, a nice lady came to check and said she would send someone to fix. We had to shower at our son’s room, very inconvenient. We were out all day. We came in about 11pm and water was left in tub and towels on the floor. We had no toilet paper. They did not replace our towels. I was a bit perturbed with the whole situation. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. It’s just those small things that add up that should have been taken care of before the room was occupied by us. That is all I’m saying.

This was my first time in a Spark motel. It was well kept, clean and comfortable. I have no complaints but two suggestions:1. Place a comfortable upholstery chair for guests and 2. Find a way to raise up the refrigerator at least 18 inches. It's difficult for senior adults to get that low for use.

Great Clean Rooms, A/C Unit Not So Good!
Great Friendly Clean Place....i gave 3 star rate on one bc the A/C unit in the room i was assigned to didn't work well...and Texas Heat 😑 made it uncomfortable!
