Great location for Dallas trip
The location is perfect! We were visiting for the Cowboys game. A morning walk on the Katy trail is a great way to start the day. There are many restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Great Location!

Needs updating. Furniture uncomfortable, No bathroom connected to MB. No mirror in MB Linens need to be upgraded. Refrigerator doesn’t stay closed. No Keruig. Positive Close to SMU & clean.

Very Clean, beds comfortable. Loved the 2 bath. Good location with off street parking. Nice Kitchen with good dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Street in can be tight with parked cars. But easily managed, wouldn't want to drive or park a Hummer there.

The kitchen has a couple of issues: - the freezer door of the refrigerator does not close properly & it sets off an alarm. - dishwasher pods were not provided Bedroom: - could use fresh bed linens - the bedroom closet had a funky smell inside.... we would recommend providing lysol disinfectant spray to freshen the apartment Apartment is in a great location.

Condo on Katy Trail
Very clean, perfect size for 2-4 people, secure (single) parking spot in the back. Upon arrival, door entry code was changed from what I received on our reservation confirmation. I'm glad the someone was there to assist. Love the location, would stay there again!
