Area is great. Hotel is HORRIBLE. General Manager Wendy is a LIAR & she stole money off of my card! She will lie & say you’re smoking in the room & then kick you out & charge your card! She also called the police on me because I am a black woman & had 3 squad cars pull up to have me trespassed when all I wanted was fairness. The hotel has a no smoking policy & I RESPECTED it by smoking outside. My brother woke up with BED BUG BITES & complained about it & she started lying since then!! I am upset! Do not go here! The carpet has red stains all over it, the bed had hair accessories still in the covers, the bathroom ceiling was peeling & they had something stuffed in one of the smoke detectors. The breakfast was HORRENDOUS ! It was weird!!!! Stay across the parking lot at the holiday inn! Much much nicer hotel, better rooms, better pool, everything! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

this was my second time. the weekend was a little noisy, but it did not last long. the staff was kind and helpful. i tried the breakfast during the morning, during the week, it was so helpful. it will be my to go to hotel for an annual fitness convention i go to every yr.

My room had enough hangers for a week stay. I travel to Dallas for business a lot and it’s annoying when the hotel only provides 2-3 hangers and I e booked a week stay. Room service is daily and dining options in the area are plentiful.

Housekeeping was subpar: Did not get clean sheets, onyy made up my bed. Changed trash bit did. ot vacuum floor. Pool was not cleaned chemically, so was not able to use. Roach in my first room, so had to change rooms on my first night. Guy at the front with glasses kept only renewing my keys for 24 hrs at a time, so I had to keep coming down to renew my key everyday. Area is very convenient, but hotel is definitely not 3 star. No laundry facilities, and requires a $100 deposit. Breakfast was decent though.
