The room was actually a good size which was nice, and I appreciated that we get gated parking. Check in was easy, I received everything I needed the morning of and there were no problems. We would definitely stay here again!

Great room Good stay - could be a bit better.
Bishop arts hotel is a nice cozy place to be. Rooms are big, spacious and clean. The Art in the room is refreshing and tasteful. Plenty of codes to remember - gate code, main door code and room code. I wish there was a key on the phone that would simplify this. The welcome email was a long message without paragraphs and breaks. This made for difficult reading. I wish this could be formatted better.

Very nice boutique hotel. There aren't a lot of services but the hotel is well appointed and the price was very good! The parking is secured which for this city-dweller is always a plus. The Bishop Arts district is charming and walkable. We would stay here again.

We stayed only one night and wanted to be near downtown without BEING downtown. We were a 10 min drive away from the event we attended at the Majestic, super convenient. The parking lot was gated with designated parking for guests and the building was a coded entry as well. All of the codes and instructions were sent to me in an email the morning of check in and were clear and easy to follow. The room was very private and quiet. I could hear noise while we were in the hallway but absolutely nothing while in the room. There was even something that sounded like a band practicing on the morning we checked out but we didnt even know until we were downstairs on our way out. Each room has a unique theme and the furniture and artwork matches beautifully. Plenty of space, very clean and modern. I would absolutely book here again!

We had no internet/tv.. Called the numbe that was provided they tried to talk us through it to no avail. Someone did come to help 20 minutes later. After multiple attempts still nothing. We finally said we'll pass thanks for trying and he insisted on staying even after being asked to let it go. I think he thought it was appreciated but not leaving when asked several times and very late at that point did not sit well.

Communication was thorough parking lot entry, entire place was well cared for and clean. Checking instructions very thorough. Love the decor loves the size of the room going to rebook next week and bring my kiddos at the holiday. We’ve moved out of the area, but I’m still having to come to Dallas for business.
