Lovely 1980's 3 bedroom (plus kid's fun sleeping loft!) and 2 baths....with an In-ground brand new beautiful pool! Newly decorated we are still working on some remodeling/touch up-upgrades of this well-loved home.

Our backyard is on the famous walk walkway with a short walk to Stewart Creek park and boat launch. Walk the other way to delicious Angelica's Mexican food!

Close by car: Lake Lewisville (3 minutes), Grandscape entertainment district (10 min) and Hawaiian Falls Water Park (10 min)

**Pool care is weekly (ph balance/chorine/scrubbed)- guests are expected to use brushes and skimmer as needed to remove mother nature in between cleanings. And please clean out filter if it's full into trash or grassy area.

Note: Next door- our neighbor is building his house. There is could be construction noise during the day. We have priced accordingly for this inconvenience.
Update 11/2024: Outdoor construction is almost complete. Guests that stay with us have reported little to no inconvenience from the neighbor's construction.

Master suite has a king bed, kid's fun sleeping loft with 2-twins and full bathroom.

The other side of this home is 2 bedrooms- a Queen in each room and a hall full bathroom. Queen bedroom 1 has a surprise- a secret chic speakeasy back room with large couch and TV for fun get-a-way chill time!

Huge living room with a large Salt water aquarium! Amazing to see these beautiful creatures to get you in a lake adventure mood!

Fireplace in dining room is just aesthetic- it is not a working fire place.

Dining room has brand new table with 6 chairs and 3 breakfast nook stools.
Outdoors has patio furniture, lounges, chairs, table.

-Remove all personal items from the property, including any food, and put the trash in trash bins provided (or in garage as noted)
(Put trash bins out on the day indicated in the guidebook)
-please clean all dishes, pots/pans, kitchen items
-Please clean up any trash from backyard area (clean up after your pet/service animal)
-All used linens (sheets and towels) please put in laundry area
