This is not something that you all could control, but the reworking the streets around the hotel made everything dusty. I had use the valet for my truck and after a day and a half it was filthy.

Terrible Front Desk Customer Service
The hotel overbooked rooms and moved our reservation to another hotel across town without notifying us of the move. We did not know of this change until we paid for transportation and attempted to check in. When asked for information about the transfer the manager was rude and unhelpful. We had to arrange our own transportation to the other hotel which was a considerable distance away. They did not offer any upgrades or comps when asked. They did not even offer bellboy service for our luggage as we were leaving to the other hotel. I will definitely not book here again after this experience.

Property was great, staff was great! Beautiful hotel. Just know that if you’re booking the double beds they’re more like full size beds not queens. Everything was great but the beds. I was really hoping to get the queen size ones. Aside from that everything was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They do have 30 min parking towards the front and then a parking garage that charges $21 a night. I definitely recommend parking your car in the garage. There is “free parking “ next to Benihana but the hotel is not responsible for damage to your vehicle and there’s no great lighting so you might be risking it by parking there. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Also the smell of the hotel is so nice.
