Good stay
Overall good Some renovations need to be completed as there was unfinished tile on the wall in the hallway and blue tape on the top of the shower in my room. If they take some more time to focus on those details it would look more appealing. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly which is always great to see. The breakfast was good too.

For a new hotel this one cut a lot of corners. Fewer electrical plugs , Sloppy personal and free breakfast was hardly edible. I have stayed four times and this one is barely a two star. Others comparable are much better. I’d rather pay a few dollars more somewhere else.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Galveston. That be said it didn't come with a couple setbacks. Our toilet didn't work when we first arrived, but maintenance was able to fix in within an hour while we went out to eat. The room, for some reason, was very creaky lol and our room was on the south side, and we could hear the drag racers from the nearby highway so made going to sleep a bit difficult. Overall, the hotel was clean and like I said before the best one we stayed at of the 3 others.

Hotel was nice/basic for the rate. We stayed 2 nights. Bed was comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast was weak. We ate out. The Crowdstrike outage affected the hotel. We couldn't get room keys so needed to be escorted to our room by staff each time. That was a little inconvenient as we had to take turns leaving the room to take the dog out, or get coffee just so we didn't have to bother the staff with letting us back in our room. Other than that, the stay was good.

Hotel wifi was very bed, front desk staff did not really help with customer’s concern. Staff barely refilled breakfast, no plates and had to use bowls.
