The furnishings and overall feel is cheap and substandard, may be a place more for long term low cost rental, not equivalent to a courtyard or residence inn or similar. Bed mattress was TERRIBLY soft - and not a good soft. A bit noisy. Food choices in mini store were terrible. Would not go back again.

Loved this hotel, we stayed for about a week. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Asked to extend our stay 1 more day and it was super easy. The room was clean and the staff would accommodate you if you needed extra supply. We will definitely book here for future trips.

I enjoyed the property for the most part, but the floors were pretty dirty and they don't have housekeeping until you leave. The elevator in building two has a strong smell of cana (which didnt bother me as a washingtonian, but might overwhelm others), and you can tell people live there long term. It gets pretty noisy but the price of the 2 br suite was excellent and they were super accommodating. I extended my stay by a day and it wasn't an issue for them. I felt safe the whole time I was there.

It’s in the quiet area next to the river, nice view from there. We booked the two-room apartment, it was spacious for the 4 of us. I like that they have washer and dryer. The management of the property is so-so. The elevator doesn’t work for two nights. No housekeeping during the 6 nights we stayed there. The dishwasher didn’t work in our unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
