Odd, & clean, plus can't leave your car for travel
This hotel is clean...but very odd. it has a weird feel from the moment you get into the building all the way to the rooms. Also, the biggest complaint is that it has an airport shuttle, but you can not leave your car there while traveling. That was the primary reason we booked this hotel, and to find that out right before arrival was very frustrating. Overall the customer service was decent, and we didnt eat at the restaurant.

I stayed here due to a missed flight. I picked the location since it was close and said it had an airport shuttle. Trying to get the shuttle to pick us up did not work. I was put on hold so many times and waited so long I ended up taking an Uber. When I arrived, the bus driver was standing there socializing with the front desk. When I told the front desk clerk the issue, she said she was just so busy checking everyone out. It was 3:30pm, checkout is 11am. There was noone at the counter except the bus driver. Then, when we went to the room (which had a musty smell), there was a big roach in the bathroom. I asked the front desk twice to have someone clean it but after 30 minutes I decided to ask the maid (who was just polishing a glass table in the foyer), for the broom to do it myself which I did. I complained about this to the manager and they just said sorry. An hour later, they offered to upgrade my room but we had already unpacked and were exhausted from travelling. Then at 9:30 pm, a loud knock on the door woke me up and they delivered a gift basket with weird snacks and an apology card trying to make up for it. The whole experience was awful. The jacuzzi and pool looked dirty and unusable. The morning airport shuttle was running late with a huge crowd waiting for at least a half hour. We decided to Uber so we didn't miss our flight. I debated on posting this but I always look at reviews to make my decisions and felt compelled to share this disaster of a stay.
