Tuki maaseututilalle! Poistu ja hengitä raikasta maaseutuä Poppan paikassa. Moderni, arkkitehtonisesti suunniteltu kaksikerroksinen koti, joka on rakennettu vangitsemaan laaja ja henkeäsalpaava laakso- ja vuoristomaisema toimivassa oliivi- ja karjatilalla - Poppan oliivit! Rentoudu yläkerran kannella, nauti viinijääkaapin pilauksista ja varastoidusta ruokakomeroa. Keitä myrsky kannen bbq: ltä tai räätälöityyn keittiöön. Sisätiloissa oleva avotakka on täydellinen viihtyisäksi iltaisin upealla pullolla (tai kahdella ...) Hunter Valley -viinillä! Tai nauti yöstä tähtiä alla ja nuotion ympärillä ulkona olevalla takallamme!

Sijaitsee Poppan oliiveissa - toimivassa oliivi- ja karjatilalla yli 200 hehtaarilla! Poppa's Place on täydellinen paikka paeta kaikkea! Täysin ainutlaatuisella kaksikerroksisella suunnittelulla se vangitsee upeimmat auringonnousut ja auringonlaskut laakson ja vuoristojen yli. Suuri avoin olohuone on enemmän kuin tilava 8 vieraalle. Ole kuin kotonasi!

Neljästä suuresta makuuhuoneesta kahdessa on vaellus kylpytakissa ja toisessa on oma kylpyhuone ja kylpy, joka vangitsee upeimmat näkymät laaksoon, kun liotat huolesi! Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on oma parveke, josta on upeat näkymät laaksoon. Onko sinulla iso perhe? Kysy meiltä kuinka hoitamme suurempia ryhmiä (siellä on ylimääräinen vuodesohva ja kaksi sohvapaikkaa - heille vain byo-liinavaatteet). Varmista, että lapset leikkivät ulkoiluvälineillä rentoutuessasi ulkotilojen ympärillä (palomääräykset sallivat - tarkista meiltä). Ota luolamiesten kohdalla kottikärryt ja kerää puu itse! Pidätkö olennon mukavuuksista? Nauti sisätiloissa olevasta avotakasta ilmaisella sytytyksellä ja polttopuulla (ja tulipaloista aloittelijoille!). Kävele rauhallisesti maatilan ympäri .. oliivitarhan läpi, patojen ympärillä, ruoki nautoja, hevosia, kanoja ja alpakoja (pidä vain lehmän patsasta!). Nauti luonnosta parhaimmillaan!

Kaunis Hunter-joki, uimareiät ja Australian vanhin viinitila - Dalwood Estate (kerran Wyndham Estate) ovat vain 2 km tiellä! Se on 5 minuuttia kaupunkiin, 15 minuuttia Hunterin viinitarhoihin ja konserttipaikkoihin, 40 minuuttia Newcastlen rannoille (ja Newcasatlen lentokentälle) ja 2 tuntia Sydneystä.
Joten ... Tule ja paeta kaikkea kauniin viinialueen sydämessä!

Perfect Little Getaway

Best choice I made
The property was an idyllic place for a bunch of friends getting together to treat a friend having a difficult time. We were booked in for two nights and we didnt even leave the property. Fantastic house in a great location. Kids were able to explore the property and interact with lots of animals over our stay. Catherine was fantastic giving the kids jobs which they really enjoyed doing to help out on the farm with the animals. Extremely generously stocked fridge/pantry to make the stay even more comfortable.

Great holiday!
We came with family and friends, 8 of us all had a lovely, relaxed and enjoyable stay with Tony and Catherine. The place was amazing, great views from balcony and rooms, we saw incredible moon rise, sunset, milk-way, misty mountain…. So spacious indoor and kids friendly outdoor play area, with fun to play with chickens, alpacas, cows… will definitely go back next time. Highly recommend

Amazing property
Catherine and Tony have thought of everything you’ll need when you come to stay at Poppa’s Olives. The property was easy to get to. It was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. It’s super close to Pokolbin for wine tasting etc. it was cosy and Compton and it felt like home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The property was wonderful. The verandah with it's incredible view of the valley and mountains beyond was my favourite seating spot. The kitchen set up was brilliant especially the big stove and oven. Ample space for everyone and the kids had equipment to play on, and enjoyed helping with the farm chores.

Weekend Getaway
Absolutely loved our 3 nights at Poppas Olives, the kids said it was the best holiday ever, didn't want to leave and want to go back every year. The kids were in charge of feeding the animals, we absolutely loved the friendly cows, who would moo at us for food, Barry the horse was very cheeky and the alpacas, they spit. The view was amazing, it was so peaceful, the house was well stocked and spacious enough for 2 families with 5 kids altogether. Away from the Hunter buzz, but not too far to enjoy all the Hunter has to offer.

Great escape!
The property is just as described, and ideal for a friends or family escape for a few days. The kids with us loved feeding the chickens, and there was plenty of room outside for them to explore. We connected supplies for our stay at the nearby town, but the welcome provisions from Catherine (for both adults & the kids) were most welcome. All the facilities (kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, bathrooms) were great, and the supplied linen etc saves you bringing your own. Finally, communication with Catherine was excellent and appreciated.

Catherine was a lovely host! The home was lovely and so much thought that had gone into making our stay as homely as possible, from wine in the fridge, to bacon and eggs for morning brekkie, to a lovely kids basket with colouring in, glow sticks and torches for night time fun! A lovely, quiet and serene location with lots of wildlife to see. Highly recommended.
