A refined and understated interior grace the home, including Carrara marble countertops with waterfall edge and textured subway tile backsplash in the kitchen, farmhouse sink, and high-end Miele and Bosch appliances. Banquette seating at the dining table provides ample space to gather indoors for meals with additional couch seating adjacent to the dining area next to the cozy gas fireplace.

The kitchen and dining area create a seamless indoor/outdoor living space that opens to an outdoor living room with separate dining area on your very own private beach. Upstairs, a large living room with dual seating areas and panoramic windows opens to an outdoor balcony with prime whitewater views and refreshing breezes. The icing on the cake is the enormous rooftop deck with a Mediterranean garden, perfect for a tranquil relaxation spot or for casual entertainment.

Two of the four bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, with two bedrooms on each level of the home. The unique charm of this home has been preserved in some of the bathrooms, with pristinely maintained 1950s-era vintage tile.
