Welcome to our home and neighbourhood! This bright, modern second floor suite is located in the heart of downtown Dartmouth.

Centrally located 10 minute walk to the Alderney Ferry Terminal with regular ferry service to the Halifax Waterfront. Also conveniently located, 5 minutes walk to the Dartmouth Bus Terminal. Near lots of local shops and dining on Portland Street, a 10 minute walk from the suite.

Recently renovated with lots of natural light and views of the harbour. Separate, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out's.

The private suite with separate entry is located on the 2nd floor of our personal residence. Guests will have full access to the entire suite, as well, a private 2nd floor deck as part of your stay.

A little bit about the suite:

- 2 Bedrooms - each bedroom has a queen bed with lots of additional wardrobe storage.
- 1 bathroom, stocked with basic amenities.
- Kitchen is equipped with all basic essentials for cooking.
- In-unit washer and dryer.
- The suite has two sources of heating: A heat pump and back-up electric baseboard heaters. The heat pump is located in the central living room/kitchen area. In the summer months, the heat pump acts inversely, as an air conditioner.

Lots of free street parking is available.

32 amp, Level 2 (240V) EV charger is available for electric vehicles, upon request.

We truly were impressed by this VRBO. I was ready to write my review minutes after walking in. The premises was immaculate, well supplied with kitchen, bath, and other items. Easy to locate, parking available, and within walking distance of city access. The hosts were quick to respond to inquiries, and we even managed to make arrangements to shift our original dates when a family commitment arose. The rental was more the financially reasonable for the amenities. The space was comfortable, roomy, and the indoor outdoor space was divine. A suggestion perhaps for screens on the sliding door to keep out pests. My husbsnd also suggested a gate at the top of the outdoor stairs for security and families with young children. This place gets a 5 star top recommendation and we will definitely keep an eye on it for future travels. Very much in love. ❤️
