Mid way between the sailing meccas of Dartmouth and Salcombe, 15 minutes from the ‘Blue Flag’ Blackpool Sands beach and within 30 minutes drive of many sandy beaches, close to the South West Coast path and within an easy drive of Dartmoor, numerous children’s attractions and outdoor activities, there is something for everyone nearby.

Nearby Slapton and Strete have three well regarded pubs between them. Slightly further afield Torcross, Beesands, Stokenham Kingsbridge and Dartmouth have numerous highly recommended pubs and restaurants to suit all age groups and budgets.

The cottage has been recently renovated in a modern country style. It has four bedrooms (1 ensuite) with two further bathrooms. There is plenty of space for larger family or friend groups - sleeping eight people - with three main reception rooms and a generous farmhouse style kitchen. The former pigsty now provides a utility room with wetsuit drying area and a space for table tennis. There is also a pool table in the larger of the sitting rooms.
