"Ain't Life Grand" YKSITYISKOHTA, uima-allas, merinäköala ja golfkärry!

Tämä talo on uusi vuokra vuodelle 2020. Ain't Life Grand on 1800 neliön talo, joka sijaitsee Mississippi Sound -puolella Dauphin Islandilla. Tämä talo on erityinen siinä mielessä, että sillä on yksityinen ranta Mississippi Soundilla ja maanpinnan uima-allas. Saaren "Persianlahden" puolella on vain 7-10 minuutin kävelymatka tai 2-3 minuutin golfkärrytie. Talo on hiljattain remontoitu. Vuokraan sisältyy 5 merikajakkia, mukaan lukien yhden-, tandem- ja lapsikajakit kanavien ja äänen tutkimiseksi. Dauphinin saarta pidetään eteläisen auringonlaskun pääkaupungina, ja Ain't Life Grandilta on saaren parhaista näkymistä auringonlaskuja.

Kalastajalle Ain't Life Grandillä on veneesi kiinnityspiste ja se käsittelee venettä enintään 28 jalkaa. Ääni on täynnä pilkullinen taimenta, punasimppua, kampelaa, kolmoispäätä, molvaa (kobia), rapuja, katkarapuja ja paljon muuta. Persianlahden alueelta löydät kaikki edellä mainitut, sekä snapper-, grouper-, king-makrilli-, espanja-makrilli- ja monet muut offshore-lajit.

Ain't Life Grand on täydellinen perheille ja lapsille. Sound, jossa yksityinen ranta on ja talo sijaitsevat, on matala ja rauhallinen, sopii niin lapsille kuin aikuisillekin. Lisää surffata ja Alabaman kuuluisat valkoiset hiekkarannat suuntautuvat saaren Persianlahden puolelle

Ain't Life Grandillä on myös varispesä talon yläosassa, josta on näkymä 360 astetta. Suuresta takakannesta on näköala uima-altaalle ja yksityiselle rannalle.

Talon ulkoasu on 3 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpy. Päälliköllä on yhdistävä kylpyhuone ja queen-vuode. Vierashuoneessa 1 on myös queen-vuode ja vierashuoneessa 2 on 2 sarjaa kerrossänkyä. Molemmissa huoneissa on jaettu kylpyhuone, jossa suihku ja kylpyamme. Talo nukkuu 8 mukavasti.

Ulkopuolella sinulla on valtava kannella uima-altaan ympärillä, lämmin ja kylmä ulkosuihku, pääsy rannalle ja talon alla on kaasugrilli saaliin ja merikajakkitelineen keittämiseen.

Voit vuokrata useimmat minkä kokoiset veneet kalastukseen, risteilyyn, delfiinien katseluun jne. Ja voit myös vuokrata veneitä Dauphin Islandin venesatamasta.

Ain't Life Grand sisältää myös kaikki linjat, lautasantennin ja nopean internetyhteyden.

Voit vuokrata golfkärryjä lomallesi suoraan omistajilta varauksen tekemisen jälkeen.

Had to come back again!

We liked this property so much last year and had to come back. The pool was perfect. We caught fish from the beach and in kayaks. John is an excellent host, I hope we can do it again next year.

Wonderful trip

House was beautiful, clean, comfortable. Really enjoyed the go cart and highly recommend renting it. We had some issues with the pool heating and kayak but they were resolved very quickly. Communication with John was impressive and we are looking forward to staying again!

Great time!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The owners were very nice and checked in with us to make sure everything went well. The house was clean and just as advertised and the neighborhood was very quiet. This was our first stay on the gulf and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The property was just perfect for our family . The beach , pool and view were amazing ! You even had a view of the beach and bay from 2 of the bedrooms, which also had glass doors opening to the upper deck. The pictures can’t possibly do it justice.

Best Fall Break Ever

The perfect beach house for children. Pool was wonderful, we had it heated, and the beach was literally 7 steps away. I would recommend adding the golf cart. We didn’t use our car the whole time. John was an amazing host with exceptional communication. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway

First off, the owners are the most amazing, friendliest, and honest people. We had the most amazing trip and John made the whole process easy and stress free. The house was very clean and I just can’t put into words how stress free this trip was. During our stay we had the threat of a hurricane, and we didn’t even have to worry about that because John watched it hour by hour and assured us that he would let us know if there was even a doubt of our safety. He said he would refund us but thankfully, we didn’t get affected by the hurricane. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Fantastic getaway

The property is perfect in location and beauty. It has all the amenities and more. I highly recommend this as your next beach vacation. It is a spacious home, well equipped for cooking in and the outdoor space is amazing. The pool is wonderful for coming home to after a day at the beach when you need to get away from the sand and heat. I also want to say that the owner looks out for your every need including any tropical storms that might head your way. He is all about your safety! We will definitely be returning!

Just as good as the first time

Great place! Loved it so much the 1st time, we came back 2yrs later for another week. The owner reached out before and during our stay for updates, which I think is cool and the house remains in great shape. I took my kids kayaking every evening to catch the sunset in the sound and it was awesome. During our week stay, we had 2 pool visits for pH checks which made me feel better about both kids in the water almost all day. Beautiful location, well kept house and friendly owner. We are getting this house again next summer!

Life Was Grand!

Hi there! I wanted to comment on what a lovely week my two adult children and I had staying at "Ain't Life Grand!" We returned from Dauphin Island three days ago and are already looking forward to returning as soon as we can! The owner's of the property are top notch! They have thought of everything to welcome newcomers to the island and their home! The private beach on the bay and the chlorinated swimming pool were having the best of both worlds at our feet. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The photographs are accurate and depict the many amenities needed for a visit to DI. Lonely Family Vacation 2024

When we arrived the home was as very clean. The pool area was nice. The kitchen was stocked well with any item you should need for stay. My grandbabies have been kayaking but they loved it. And when we left this morning you could see dolphins out in the sound playing❤️

Best beach vacation

The property is even better than described. Beautiful views, quiet surroundings, private beach space and being close to everything the island offers! With the golf cart we drove our car twice and it was so convenient and easy. We will be booking our next stay very soon!

Life Doesn't get any more grand

Our family spent spring break '24 at Aint life Grand. The prior reviews are not exaggerated, this place is truly awesome! We loved the pool and having a beach in the back yard. The house was well equipped and meticulously clean. John made everything easy getting in and answered questions very quickly. We also had friends on the island that came over and couldn't believe how cool this property is. They all commented on the fantastic amenities as well as how clean and nice the house was kept up. The crows nest on the roof was also a favorite hangout for the sunsets. We hope to return in the near future.

Spring break 2024

This is the perfect place to stay with kiddos. The kayaks and pool kept them busy most days. The sunsets are incredible and the golf cart was a fun add on. John is an exceptional host. He made sure everything was going good and any issue that arose, he would take care of immediately. We would stay again and again. In fact, we never wanted to leave it in the first place.

Holidays on Dauphin Island

This property is decorated very nicely, which creates a warm, comfortable feeling. The decks are perfect for the beautiful views. Pool looked great although we didn’t use it mainly because of the weather. We celebrated Christmas and Thanksgiving with local and out of town family. The Host, John, even surprised us by setting up a Christmas tree which added to our Christmas spirit.

Loved this house! The amenities and pool were as described. We have stayed in Dauphin Island but never on the bay side. We loved it. All 3 kids loved the pool and kayaks. Hoping to visit again.

Life Was Grand

First time on Dauphin Island for 4 adults. The home was very nicely decorated and conveniently located. Having the golf cart was a nice bonus as we drove it every time we went to the beach or restaurants. The pool was great! Owner was very accommodating and friendly and gave great instructions. Would stay here again.
