Suoraan Meksikonlahden rannoilla sijaitsevasta kauniista kodista on upeat näkymät veteen. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, joka sopii erinomaisesti kasvavien lasten perheen majoitukseen! Ulkopuolella valtava, osittain peitetty kansi on täydellinen paikka kuunnella aaltojen törmäystä. Talon etuosassa olevalla kannella on myös huonekaluja, ja sieltä on näkymät lahdelle ja upeisiin auringonlaskuihin. Talon alla on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa, hiiligrilli ja ulkosuihku.

Kävele vain takaovesta ja nauti rannasta! Vieraille, jotka etsivät päiväretkiä, Historic Fort Gaines on vain viiden ja puolen mailin päässä. NICE HOUSE BUT…

WE LOVED THE LOCATION. WE STAY AT DAUPHIN ISLAND EVERY YEAR. THIS HOUSE WAS NICE BUT WE DID HAVE A FEW ISSUES. THERE ARE CAMERAS EVERYWHERE SO FOR THIS REASON WE WON’T STAY HERE AGAIN. FELT LIKE WE WERE BEING WATCHED THE ENTIRE TIME. THE HOUSE BESIDE US HAD BURNT EARLIER IN THE YEAR SO OUR SAND WAS BLACK. BUGS IN ONE OF THE BEDROOMS AND THE KITCHEN. LACK OF HOT WATER IN THE SHOWERS. THE BEDS WERE SO HARD IT WAS HARD TO SLEEP AND PILLOWS WERE LIKE SLEEPING ON COTTON BALLS SO WE BOUGHT OUR OWN.

Beautiful but not worth the troubles or cost! Dont stay here!

This was a beautiful home but not for the cost we paid to have so many issues. No HOT water, NO HEAT! no water pressure and dish washer broken! I shouldn’t have to boil water so I can hand wash dishes when I paid for working amenities! And when communicating with VACASA they were not helpful. The property manager said he was getting keys and never came back or called. I really think I need to be refund some of my funds!

As expected

It was a nice property. Bad water pressure in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. Otherwise property is as advertised and I would stay again. All the cameras are a bit much. You almost feel like your privacy is neglected.

First property we expect to book again

We’ve rented many homes all over the country and this is the first one we plan to stay in again. The location was great and the house was just what we needed. The trip wasn’t without issues, but none were show-stoppers: We wished the neighboring house didn’t have flood lights that shined on us all night on the deck facing the ocean and ruined seeing the stars. The internet never worked and the dishwasher had an error code and didn’t work the whole week.

Wonderful view

Clean, updated and wonderful view of gulf. Sights and sounds of the waves were mesmerizing. Large partially covered deck was great. Internet was spotty, not a problem for us. It was hard to view the TV from the couch. Definitely would stay again.

Nice and Relaxing

First time utilizing the VRBO/Vacasa system. Check in and check out went well with no problems. Nice, relaxing location. Close to the water to hear the waves crashing despite weather not always cooperating. Home was cute and laid out efficiently. Kitchen was stocked with most necessary items to keep cooks happy. Grill was old & out of propane but with a quick call, the tank was replaced almost immediately. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay! This place has a great layout- each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is an additional half bath. It's right on the beach, so the views are incredible! Updated kitchen and bathrooms. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful

The house and location were amazing. Just enough space and plenty of kitchen items. The only negative is that there is no place to hang towels in the bathrooms. The management company should have left enough soap, trashbags, etc. for the long stay.

Lovely House

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and immaculate house with excellent beach access and huge porch. Outdoor shower is a plus! The only negative is that the living area is quite small. Better for adults than larger families with kids.

House staging must have been a priority.

Very soundproof. Couldn’t hear others in various private areas. Best I’ve every experienced. Beds were very comfortable! Bedrooms and baths were very spacious. Plenty of room for our clothes, suitcases, and “stuff”. Shared living space was not configured well. If watching a movie together is your plan, you are not going to be comfortable in that space. Unfortunately, we had some chilly, wet weather, so watching the tv was an unplanned activity. It is advertised to support 6 people…yet there are only 7 sets of silverware. Tons of glass choices, double plates, but only 7 forks, knives and spoons, with no serving pieces. That meant we had to run the dishwasher more or hand wash silverware, all day. One other downside, which seems to be common in all of the rentals we have stayed in….there’s no place to put our food. Cabinets are all full of different options of equipment, but boxes of food had to sit on the floor. Beautiful, quiet area. We would definitely stay there, again!

Sassy Seagull was great!

House was nice, very well set up to accommodate several people with beds, private baths, tv’s in each bedroom. As well as outdoor furniture and toys for kids, etc. Right on the water, great for morning and evening walks straight from the house down the shoreline.

Relaxing on the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home, and will return, house is very cozy. We had to contact the property managers regarding two issues we could not handle ourselves (broken dryer and tripped breaker) and both were resolved quickly. I would recommend adding eating utensils as there was barely enough for four.
