- All guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children with their parents).
- Quiet time is 10pm
- 8 person maximum
- 2-3 vehicle maximum - the driveway is steep and this allows room to turn around at the house.
- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
-There are several stairs to get to the lake - if you have mobility issues please keep this in mind.
