The room above was insanely loud both nights. The first night it didn’t start until after my children were asleep and it didn’t wake them up, so I didn’t care to say much as I’m a night owl anyway. They were Fighting, yelling, jumping, running and blaring music. I had two kids who couldn’t sleep the second evening. We went down stairs to complain and they said they would handle it. It got quiet for about ten minutes and then progressively got loud again. No one slept the second night.

Expedia should really check in on properties they book for…the generic booking photo looks nothing like this hotel in which I stayed. This place looks like it was rode hard and put away wet. Looked like a blood stain on my bathroom door, tub was ‘stained’ with dog paw prints, paint peeling from the ceiling… I mentioned to the staff, and they attempted to clean it, I guess, I wasn’t there so who knows. Good thing it was a quick trip. Will not stay there again.

I left my pillow, and after a couple hours I realized I left it I called and talked to Brittany. She said it's here and said no problem she can mail it to me. I said I will venmo you whatever it cost. I called every few days and still didn't mail it. Then weeks went by giving me excuses and excuses. I've stayed there before that trip and was going to stay there again on a upcoming trip but not now. Pretty sad when someone needs to lie to you continuous and she even sends me her phone number and says her husband mailed it!!

Will not return. The room smelled bad upon arrival, carpet stains, cracked floor tile in bathroom, handprints on the headboard and we had to use a wet wipe to clean dirty buildup on the light switch knob. The pool was good but the hot tub was filled with concrete (probably during Covid) and breakfast was fine with hot waffle maker, biscuits & gravy, but not much else.

The front desk associate was knowledgeable about the event that brought me into town and was happy to accommodate a late checkout, which greatly enhanced the quality and value of my staying here. The room was just what was needed for my family’s needs.

There were hairs on on of the pillows my first night and I hadn’t used the bed yet. Sticky drink rings on in room furniture. The brake on my door broke. The stairwell where you stand to wait for the elevator reeks of urine so badly on the 3rd floor you can taste it. The property owners have invested in great front desk staff. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Time to invest in the property.

When we checked in it had a broken toilet seat, one of the outlets are broken, the fridge might not be working, and it smells musty in here We decided to just cut our losses and come home. We don’t wanna get sick from mold/mildew
